We had issues with the original hotel. They were experiencing difficulty and sort of closed down.
Lucky for us we are able to UPGRADE to a finer hotel with a nice extra room for meetings! Below is all the information for the new hotel. I am sorry for the late notice but I just found out myself. Those of you who had reservations shouldn’t need to worry as the cards are not charged until you are checked in/out.
The particulars of the day are as follows:
We will still have our social at Golden Corral from 2:00-4:30 for those who want to join us. Weston’s talk is on hold for the moment. Tomorrow I should know if we can slip into the room a bit early to let him talk as we set up. Charity is still on……..photos too.
Game times are 7:00pm-1:00am.
Registration is sort of like Weston’s talk. I am going to see if we can slip in a few minutes early to give us maximum gaming time.
The cool thing about the hotel is that they have a lovely waterfall area as well as a bar should anyone want to purchase a drink and sit around and socialize after the game.
